Formerly Banthem Outfitting LLC, SJ Outfitters LLC is a private land and backcountry outfitting buisness owned and operated by lisenced Montana Big game outfitter Jesse Banthem. Our exclusive private lands and vast public land permits are located in some of the most game rich land in the state. We have the land, guides and equipment needed to offer a great Montana experience. Specializing in Archery elk and river bottom whitetails, we offer a personalized approach and hunt designed for each and every hunter. We offer a limited number of rifle elk and deer packages and take a few lucky mountain goat hunters each year. Our Elk and Deer hunts are conducted in general draw units and mountain goat hunts take place in unit 313 and 314. The outfitter is one of the guides. No absentee owner here. Featuring ranch style lodging and meals for our private land hunts and comfortable wall tent camps for our backcountry/horse hunts. With low weekly clientele numbers and top notch local guides, there?s no reason to look elsewhere. We are now offering summer fishing and horseback riding packages.
