Mallard Bay
Bookings, payments, and marketing software built for outfitters and guides.
Mallard Bay is outfitter experience management software: a booking and payments platform where sportsmen book with reputable guides and outfitters, and where outfitters run the business side of their operation. Outfitters publish trip listings with availability and pricing, manage bookings and quotes, take guest payments, keep calendars and client rosters, send automated guest communications, collect digital waivers, and see financial reporting in one place. Mallard Bay is also MOGA's technology partner: it built and maintains montanaoutfitters.org.

Frequently asked questions
Is Mallard Bay the same as my MOGA listing?
No. Your listing on montanaoutfitters.org is part of your MOGA membership. Mallard Bay is separate software for running bookings and payments. MOGA's website is built and maintained by Mallard Bay.
How do guest payments work?
Guests pay through the outfitter's Mallard Bay website, an embedded booking widget on the outfitter's own site, a quote link, or a marketplace listing.
