About Stuver Outfitting
We are a ranch family business under the same operator since 1983. Our hunting is conducted on leased ranches near ours where we can manage for mature deer and antelope. We limit numbers to 4 each week and leave some weeks empty to maintain a no pressure environment for older bucks. Bull elk tags are difficult to draw in our area so we expect mainly whitetail, mule deer or antelope as our primary game. Stuver Outfitting has operated on private leased ranches in game rich Powder River County Montana since 1983. The goal has always been management for mature animals, with an opportunity to see and enjoy some of Montana’s most pristine and unique environment. It is under one manager since origin with family members and professional guides assisting. Fair chase hunting with respect for the animals and environment is the absolute priority.
