Mark Young Outfitters LLC is a licensed outfitter specializing in Private Land hunts for Whitetail and Mule Deer and Antelope.? We have been an outfitter since 1987.? The ranch is the Flying Shit House Ranch and Kenck Ranch where our hunting takes place.?? We have areas which we only allow archery hunters.
Spring 2020 we have started the process of becoming fishing endorsed.? JJJ Wilderness Ranch will be sponsoring us until we are able to get the fishing days and license. ? The streams that border our private land are:? Sun River, Elk Creek, Willow Creek and the North side of Nylon reservoir.? We are excited to add the fishing to our business.? We have fishing guides available for float trips on the Sun River.? Putting on and taking out on our private land.? We look forward to meeting new clients with the fishing.
We have a lodge just 1 mile South of Augusta.? We recently remodeled the historic Kenck/Auchard House which has a Kitchen,?? Bath,? Living-room 2-3 bedrooms and a patio.?? Also available are 2 cabins.
We are blessed to call Augusta home and have all our 3 kids and spouses helping to run the business.? Mark and Julie are the “Old” Youngs.? Chase & Emilee with Son Anders live on the old Boadle ranch next to the Sun River Game Range.? Rhett & Hailey with kids Sawyer and Brooks live on the the original ranch along the Sun River.? Our Daughter Britta is also actively involved in the ranching and outfitting. ? We have been ranching in the Augusta area for 5 generations on the Flying Shit House Ranch growing barley for Busch and MillerCoors along with alfalfa.? We are a cow/calf operation along the Rocky Mountain Front.
