Busy Outfitting business is seeking help. We have a couple of guide positions available. Full and Part time Guide and wrangler positions. We are looking for an experienced guide for the Archery and Rifle seasons. Must have good people skills, be a team player and be capable of hiking, camping and packing out animals. Pay depends on experience and includes lodging and food while guiding for us. We also have bonus opportunities and good tips!

Responsibilities

1. Guide clients through hunting expeditions, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations.

2.  Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients’ needs and inquires.

3. communicate effectively to educate clients on hunting techniques and local wildlife.

4. Manage time efficiently to maximize the hunting experience withing scheduled trips.

5. Demonstrating leadership by fostering a positive and engaging environment for all participants.
